Ethics advisor: Prof. Bettina COUDERC is Professor of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology at the Faculty of Pharmacy (PU) and holds a master in Biomediacl Ethics form the Léon Harmel Political Institute in Paris since 2014. Dr Couderc is resident of the cancer center Institut Claudius Regaud, Toulouse, and Associate researcher of the CERES “axis 3: ethics and health” of the catholic Institute of Toulouse, France. She is member of the CS, the Budget Committee and the Pedagogical Committee of the Faculty of Pharmacy, member of the Research Commission and Academic Council of Paul Sabatier University (Toulouse 3), president of the Committee for the Protection of Persons (CPP II) for south west and overseas since 2018 (Member since 2004), Chair of the Ethics Review Committee of the Toulouse University Cancer Institute and was expert at the European Commission in the FP7 sub-commission on gene transfer, diagnosis and detection. Prof Couderc has longstanding experience in the fields of (i) gene transfer and gene therapy (viral vectors of gene transfer, implementation and evaluation of clinical protocols), (ii) animal transgenesis, (iii) Cell therapy (iv) stem cells and (v) oncology. Dr Stéphane Vignes is the head of lymphology Unit, National Reference Center for Rare Vascular Diseases (Primary Lymphedema), at the Cognacq-Jay Hospital in Paris since 2000. The hospital is reference center for rare vascular diseases since 2006. Dr Vignes gratuated from Paris VII university in 1996. He was working at the vascular medicine department of the Pitié Salpétrière hospital in Paris where he developed his oustanding knowledge about lymphatic diseases. Dr Vignes has more than 200 speaker invitation in international meetings and hospital staff to talk about lymphedema. He is organizing in November 2019 the symposium of the French society of lymphology

Dr Nicolas Ferry is scientific director of cell and gene therapy in the international research institute of Servier laboratory. He is the president and founder of NF consulting, a company dedicated to provide scientific, clinical and regulatory advises for the development of advanced medicinal products. Dr Ferry was senior scientist at the French national institute for health and medical research from 1991 to 2010 before becoming head of division from the ANSM, French medicinal products regulatory agency in charge of vaccines, advanced therapies and products from human origin. Dr Ferry was member of committee for advanced therapies at the European Medicines Agency from 2012 to 2016.
